Zumba® Classes
I deliver my Zumba® classes throughout the week at several locations in the East Midlands:
** IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT **
My Zumba® class at 10-11.00am at Brinsley Parish Hall on Saturday 3rd December is cancelled. This cancellation is for one week only and the class will resume from Saturday 10th December.
Each class is 1 hour long and delivers a lively and full Zumba® workout in a friendly, non-intimidating environment. Classes at Déda (formerly Derby Dance) cost £5.00 per person. Classes at all other venues cost £3.50 per person.
You can book on any class and if you're a beginner don't worry, you'll be up to speed in no time - Zumba® is designed to be easily accessible to all, as well as making your waist slimmer and your smile broader!

Zumbatomic® - Zumba® Classes for Kids

Zumbatomic® is Zumba® specially designed for kids. Just as in Zumba® for the adults, the emphasis is as much on fun as it is on exercise - in fact, they'll be having so much fun, they won't even realise they're benefitting from a mini-workout at the same time! |
